Furthermore, it offers mobile services as an MNO in Greece.
NOVA is the Coordinator of FIDAL project and will also participate in the deployment of the 5G evolution large-scale infrastructure and trials media use cases in Greece and contribute to cross large-scale infrastructure trials.
eBOS is an innovative and client-focused Cypriot owned SME, established in 2003 in Nicosia, providing technologically-advanced e-business software solutions to enterprise customers on a worldwide basis.
eBOS is the Quality and Risk Manager of the project and will also support the design and development of an AIaaS module oriented to support intelligent experimentation regarding vertical deployment on the network. In addition, eBOS will also contribute to the evaluation, deployment, and integration of the various testbeds and large-scale infrastructure components of the project during the large-scale trials and the Open Call trials.

The Human-Computer Interaction Laboratory of ICS-FORTH, was established in 1989, is an internationally recognised centre of excellence. HCI is a horizontal dimension in the development of all types of ICT applications and services.
FORTH will provide the Use Case of XR-assisted Services for public safety, assess the "Rapid scene analysis based on ML algorithms" software over the FIDAL testbeds and develop the Network Application of an AR-AI pipeline for real-time identification and annotation of persons and objects.

PSCE, the Public Safety Communications Europe Forum was established as a result of a European Commission funded project in 2008. Since then, PSCE has evolved into an independent forum, where representatives of public safety user organisations, industry and research institutes can meet to discuss and exchange ideas and best practices, develop roadmaps and improve the future of public safety communications. PSCE is a permanent autonomous organisation, working to foster excellence in the development and use of public safety communication and information management systems by consensus building.
During FIDAL’s lifetime, PSCE will be responsible for the dissemination, communication and exploitation activities, while at the same time will identify and collect the requirements that will shape FIDAL’s architecture and the Use Case’s methodology. Last, but not least, PSCE will monitor technology validation and the evaluation of results.
p-NET is the first Competence Center in Greece for Emerging Smart Networks 5G & beyond and Services. It is comprised by a partnership of twenty two shareholders representing big and established companies, SMEs, public and private higher and lifelong education institutions, research organizations, consulting, and entrepreneurship support companies.
PNET is the Technical Manager of FIDAL and, along with UOP, will also offer a testbed for validating lab tests. In addition, PNET will support 3 of the project’s Use Cases, and more specifically the “Digital Twin for first responders”, the “Advanced sports media services” and the “XR assisted services for public safety” Use Cases.

UMA is the operator of the Victoria Testbed and will lead the definition and execution of testing methodologies for the validation of the testbeds and large-scale facilities, while supporting the testing of Use Cases at the Victory Network.
