OpenSlice 2nd Release and FIDAL's contribution

The ETSI SDG OpenSlice (OSL) has released its second major version of OSL (Release 2024Q4). FIDAL directly contributed to the Kubernetes extensions and the Custom Resource orchestration logic as well as the Product layer APIs, since these features were developed to support the offerings of Kubernetes related resources as a service to experimenters.
